"I just passed 6 months and signed on for a full year. I came to 9round from a Crossfit gym, looking for a change of pace. The workouts are just as challenging in a different way. But the flexibility of jumping in at the start of a new round makes it far easier to actually commit to getting to the gym each day. But the best part about this gym is the ownership/coaching staff.
