Dunkin'

"The teenagers that work in this Dunkin are very disrespectful!! There was about a dozen kids there but no one was starting my food order!! They were all just standing around talking about their drama super loud so everyone could hear & talking trash about another employee being gay (which in my opinion this employee is still a human being & shouldn’t be judged for being gay) when I asked if someone was working on my order they all just looked at me & giggled. Then the manager comes out & tells me I’m being rude & that I should address him if I have an issue!! Way to treat paying customers & allow your staff to disrespect customers & just goof off instead of taking care of the customer!! I will never return to this Dunkin as the teenagers & manager are extremely rude & don’t take their jobs seriously!!"

"Absolutely the filthiest Dunks I've ever been in, in my life! Inside and out! See pic of the door! Like someone spit all over it days ago and no one bothered cleaning it. Employees eating and drinking in work stations and that's not the worst part. One of them took off their hoodie right in front of the donut case behind the counter and shook it off! I can only imagine the amount of hair and lint that's all over the donuts now. Ugh. Shameful for this franchisee to allow this to go on. Bathroom was so disgusting I hesitated using it. Long trip from here to Connecticut so I used with extra caution"

"Waited at the counter to order an iced coffee. Two employees right at the oven looked at me, said nothing, and continued their slow motion work. Never said a word to me, so I left after a few minutes. Will not be returning to this location again. They should have at least acknowledged me...."

"Walked in to order a coffee. Was ignored by the 9 teenagers working at behind the counter. I waited at the counter for 25 minutes… nobody acknowledged me. Nobody said “hold on please” nobody cared. I ended up just turning around and walking out."
