"Really lovely people but a bit of a situation on Christmas Eve. Our roast ended up being 2 lbs more than we asked for and we weren’t asked if this was okay. Normally it wouldn’t be a big deal but when the cut is already $18 a lb, this caused us to go over budget. My partner was the one who picked this up and didn’t realize. They did offer to let us exchange for a smaller piece but we are 40 minutes away and in a bit of a time crunch. Proper customer service would be to refund the difference if there’s an error on their side."
