"My situation for buying a new house was a little different than most. I had a farm that I was trying to sell and that process took an extraordinary long period of time, I like over a year. The buyers had significant financial issues and on top of that, they were getting a federal/government farm loan of some sort. The buyers led me to believe that this could happen very quickly so I immediately began my search for a new home. I began working Martha Lange at Jack Associates, who was absolutely amazing to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, offered great advice, returned my calls quickly, she understood exactly what I was looking for and I felt like she always put me first. She's stuck by me even when things didn't look like they were going very well at all. The buyers had delay after delay for one reason or another . However, house after house month after month Martha was there for me. I have had the misfortune of using other realtor's in the past who didn't listen to my needs, didn't return my calls for days and didn't really seem to have very much knowledge. That is extremely frustrating. Definitely not the case with Martha. I would recommend Martha Lange to anyone!"
