"This place is a disgrace. The office is run by complete idiots. Do not live here! It's a rat infested, horrible place and they illegally evict people with the belief nothing will be done"
"This is easily the worst place to live in all of Barre, and that's saying something. Police don't really care about what happens here. The landlord cares even less. They collect your rent and that's it. Dogs are EVERYWHERE, even though the pet policy forbids them. Negligent parents let their unruly children get away with murder. Drugs, vandalism, verbal abuse, bullying, threats of violence, partying late into the night, and a complete lack of consequences for those who cause trouble mean this place should be avoided at all costs. Consider yourself warned."

"Rent is cheap and they do good on keeping up with the place but it is Drama Central. A lot of drugs in and out of this place, issues between neighbors are not addressed, a lot of kids bullying other kids, not a safe place for children."
