"Nice management staff. Friendly, responsive to issues, and well maintained buildings and grounds."
"I would like to provide a better review. Unfortunately there were a number of instances where I could detect a gas leak from the stove. The scent was also confirmed by a number of guests. While management did provide follow up action, their standard responses did not rectify the issue. They do provide timely service to an old building in Hanover. Overall, I was disappointed by their failure to provide additional alarms regarding my concerns for the stove."
"Cannot say enough good things about Purcell Properties. The Office Manager is incredibly responsive, informative, and helpful. The maintenance team has always addressed any question or request I have, and is incredibly proactive as well. During a maintenance check up, the team noticed that the paint was chipping on my bathroom ceiling (I hadn’t even noticed), they asked if they could repair it, and then when they did, they also replaced the bathroom light and vent. I lived at one of the Hanover locations, which is walking distance to town and the college. I moved because I graduated but would easily have continued living there. Highly recommend living at one of their properties."
"The management was incredibly rude to us whenever we asked for any repairs. The building was old and crickety. The neighbors were constantly playing loud music, and my wife's migraines just couldn't take it anymore. We moved out last year, and it was the best decision we ever made."
"My wife lived in a Purcell Properties apartment and I wouldn't recommend it. There was clearly black mold growing in the bathroom and it took an enormous amount of effort to get the landlord to even admit that it was a problem. Also, the apartment was very poorly maintained and all corners were cut in terms of repairs. I guess if you want a run-down apartment for cheap then Purcell Properties would be fine but don't expect anything else."
