"This apartment complex was beautiful with a great community. It is pet friendly with many people walking their cute pups or letting them play together in the dog park area. Everyone was friendly and courteous to each other. It is a safe environment. The maintenance team would respond quickly and professionally which was always appreciated. And Debra (the community manager) always quickly responded back to request, even if it was a bit later in the day or on a weekend. She was the best manager I have worked with on issues or requests, keeping everything transparent during my stay at Timberwood. I would have stayed in the community if work didn't lead me to Florida. Thank you for the 12 months!"

One of the standout features was the management team's responsiveness and professionalism. Whenever I had a concern or needed maintenance, they responded quickly. The price of housing played a role in my choosing to leave, but the staff on-site don't play a role in that. They are very friendly and were always able to promptly help me with any of my needs.
