"First off they have helped me quite a bit this last year. However the communication there is terrible. This last time I went for help I specifically told them I had new landlord and sent copy of new rental agreement with new landlords name and contact information same with property manager. I asked if they needed any more info I received no messages back. For weeks I sent messages trying to figure out what’s going on. Finally I get word they are processing my application. Then come to find out they sent it to my old landlord. All day today I have been messaging them and left a voicemail and no response back. I will not be recommending them to anyone. Also they are making my rent late I am only one working because my husband had surgery and can’t work. I have my own health issues too and I can’t be putting anymore stress on my husband or me but it looks like I am going to have to get a second job"
