"Rude staff, the gas pumps are old and don’t seem to accept cards and the slushie machine doesn’t work. I’ll keep driving next time."
"Love Cumberland farms coffee, quick, affordable and made just the way I like it."
"This is the friendliest Cumby's I have ever been to. They work so hard keeping up with the small space. I wish they could expand into the space next door and get a remodel. Always great fresh coffee and the pots are kept full !!"
"I paid for $6 in gas because I was in a rush. When I went back out, my husband was pumping gas and asked how much I had put in. I told him $6. He stopped pumping because he noticed it had gone to $13 and change. While we were discussing what could have happened, the clerk came running out and claimed the pump wouldn’t shut off and demanded $7.72 from me. I didn’t want to give her the $ because I had done nothing wrong but my husband didn’t want to be any later so we gave her $7 and when I went to get the .72 she said “don’t worry about the rest” and ran off. I called the store because I was pretty surprised this is how it got handled. The same woman answered the phone “Anne” and said that she was the store manager. I told her I did not feel it was handled appropriately and asked how we could resolve this in an alternative manner. She said to me “unless you can get it back out of your car” and claimed the “pump wouldn’t shut off”. I knew this was a lie because no one before or after me experienced an issue with the pump so clearly she entered the wrong amount in. I have called Cumberland farms customer service who says I will receive a call from the district manager. I’ll update if any new info."
