"When you call and they tell you that your vet is on emery calls the next day and to call at 8:30. You call at 8:30 and they tell you that he has surgery and has openings at 1. WTH if you tell me he is in emergency calls and to call at 8:30 you think you can get your dog in at 9. But no. So you have to wait to see if he calls you at 9 or wait until 1. We’ll I’m hoping she is still alive at 1. When you tell someone to call at 8:30 you also say he isn’t available at 9 when you open. If I would have known that I would have went Yesterday and dealt with a different veterinarian even if they were not my favorite or the one I trusted the most. Maybe your office people should relay this information on the call. Since you became PAH you don’t do after hour emergencies you don’t have Saturday hours either. I’m frustrated and worried about my dog. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but I’ve used you for years and have always been happy until PAH started making all the decisions."

"I don't have the usual variety of pets. Yes I have dogs but I have a regular vet. But my goose got attacked by my Dalmatian. I didn't know where to bring him. My son and daughter in law use the Adirondack Veterinary Hospital for their cane korso's and have been very pleased. I called them and they said that a goose was not their normal patient but they would be happy to take a look at them. They treated me and my husband like we had a prize winning baby. Very kind. Very compassionate. They had to keep Barney overnight after sewing up all of his wounds. He looked wonderful in the morning despite a rough time during the procedure. We are grateful for all of the effort they took in keeping my little buddy alive. What a fantastic group of professionals."
