North End Deli Mart

"We just ordered two Turkey bacon grinders and an order of jalapeno poppers. In the store it says 9 dollars for grinders and 4.49 for the poppers. We just got charged 33 dollars. So I called and asked the woman working how it came to 33 dollars when there online menu says different then what is in the store she said they do not have an online menu somebody just took pictures and put them up. False info and very rude last time I ever get food from them again."

"My daughter is the manager, and all the staff are very welcoming and polite. The store is clean, and the deli serves delicious freshly made dishes. also made to order subs.The store is well stocked and you can fill your tank with gas as well."

"A short older woman said they have never accepted ID's unless it's a driver's license. They wont accept Permits or regular photo ID's. I've lived in Barre practically my whole life and I have always gone to this store for cigarettes. Never had a problem with my ID until this woman rang me out. Stay behind the Deli where you belong."

"I grew up here in Barre city...one of the first stops I made was at this store that has been here for as long as I. Can remember. I had the worst customer service ever! I worked retail for 15 years and never would image treating one of my customers the way me and my family was treated. Very rude woman who didn't greet, just barked at me while I was shopping and then refusing to sell me wine coolers. My mother was paying, I am 43 old and my 16 year old put snacks on the counter and the woman began her loud rude demands to see my child's ID! NO WAY does she look 21! Long story short I want the manager to fire her rude self and hire employees that value paying customers and we will never return!"
