They prepared everything they day before in all 4 units and then installed all furnaces the next day in all 4 units, in the cold with no complaints all employees working wonderfully together. "Installed a furnace when my father was alive had a Crack in it capstone had to replace furnace . Furnace stopped working November 2022 called for repair paid cash furnace broke down again January 18 2023 same issue blowing cold air. Technician Josh refused to send someone unless I had check told him I had cash only refererred me to capstone. Capstone wants a mountain of paperwork before providing any assistance. When I told the owner Mandy this they dropped me as a client because I receive fuel assistance from the state. Willing to pay cash to have my furnace fixed they don't care as long as they can keep vacationing in Florida on everyone else's dime to hell with people"
