"I emailed hitchhiker bike shop and within a few hours I got a response. George was professional and swift with his answers and knowledge. He organized shipping from Vermont to Montana at a very fair price and multiple ways to pay safely. He Boxed up and shipped my fat bike the same day. The bike arrived on time. It was properly packaged and protected, though did take some very minor damage on the way. That being said, George backed that if anything major were to happen, they would assist, which brought peace of mind. One spoke on the front wheel had to be replaced and trued, but only as a result of shipping. I Would absolutely recommend this shop for those far and near. Found them on Instagram and the rest is history. Not paid to say any of this. Very very happy with these people!"
