"We had our wedding here and could not have been happier with the job that Kobe, Rocky and the rest of the staff did. We had about 135 gusts attend and the grounds were well maintained, the cabins and yurts were everything we expected based on our tour and this facility was much nicer than others we toured. Everyone was very friendly and flexible. We were allowed to put up a rental tent on the grounds, as well as have a bon fire and use their canoes. There was plenty of room for both bridal parties and our staging area. If you're looking for a great venue, the Sargent Camp was awesome and we 100% recommend."
"Sargents Center was really fun for a kid like me... I was really nervous at first, and I was homesick, too. But now that Im home (I've been home all summer) I know if you have the ability to go... GO. The ropes course was fun, and I've read some other reviews and they say the only let u drink water, which isn't true (at least at the center I went to), first of all, they let u drink lemonade and juice, and about halfway thru the week, they let u start drinking Chocolate Milk.... AND IT'S SO CREAMY!!! (Im sorry if ur lactose-intolorint, srry for incorrect spelling). This why I really enjoyed Sargents Center)"
"It was ok I guess. I slept in the Mary Methuen cabin and it was awful. We had gym mats for bed and the whole cabin was smelly and crowded. Our whole bathroom flooded (one of the showers wouldn't turn off and the door was opened to the shower) and I had to clean it all up, mind you t was two in the morning and I did this with paper towels. I never got to go on the ropes course because a girl fell from the high ropes course. She had a different harness than the rest of us and I guess they failed to check it properly from what I heard. We had "Skittles" and she was pretty fun. She blindfolded us and made us walk across a rope (below us a river). We were pulling eachother on rafts and one kid on the end of the line who was helping got his hand caught in a pulley and his finger was bleeding bloody murder. Night walks were amazing and skits by the fire were ok I guess. Food is decent and Larry loves to play the harmonica. They make you drink water for the whole trip and some people hated that. Last day there was pretty sad tho, felt like I wanted more time there. It was a good trip and I hope to come visit again soon"
"The showers were so cold i couldn't breathe and the mattresses were exactly like the mats they use in gym class for sit up tests. Not to mention, by the time i got home my hands were swollen from bug bites even after dousing myself in bug repellant. The food was ok though."
"This was my first time staying away from my family for a while, and I have to say, I was terrified. Fortunately, all of my friends, instructors, and teachers were supportive. The cabins smelled bad, and the mattresses are hard, but you will be so tired you won't care. The activities and ropes course were super fun!!! I like the idea of the four c's and it is a once in a lifetime opportunity. If you have this opportunity you need to go! It is so much fun!"
