"After many months of research on metal roofing and standing seams, we reviewed the internet to find a reliable company to install it. Moreover, each time we would see a standing seam roof, we stopped and questioned the owner of the house. The answers were quite unanimous, Iron Horse is recognized for the quality of work. We then called them and although far away from the Champlain Island, Jamie, the owner came and provided us not only an estimate, but took his time to answer all our questions, even if we had just a small cottage. Price was right (we did our research on this as well), but what we appreciated the most was that although Iron Horse was very busy this season, he was able to squeeze us before winter, especially that we had a small leak on our porch. Our old shingles were removed (our decision), very good underlayment put down and leak fixed. All the time the work was done the crew was extremely polite and pleasant. During and after every workday, the place would be perfectly neat. In the end, our comment to Jamie and Stacey from Iron Horse (as a family business) was the following: Alan and his crew (total of 3 persons) are most professional and it shows that they know what they are doing. Moreover, it appears to me that they are loving their work. You must really take care of your people - Bravo !"

"Ironhorse put my roof on two years ago you never noticed the leaks right off till later now it’s leaking Called and even showed them pictures and they don’t care how they treat you. I had and insurance adjuster come up on the roof and they said it was not from whether it was from the shotty job they did. So now I have to hire roofers to get up here and fix their problem I wished I would’ve looked into this company a whole lot more before I hired them now I’m paying for it thanks Ironhorse it’s not like I have Buco bucks when I do a job I do 110% not 10%"
