"I believe the business has new owners. It has gone downhill, sadly. Previously, the facility and machines were always clean and the wash and fold service items returned professionally, and consistently, folded and organized, wrinkle free. Now, the floors are dirty, there was grime in the washer door gaskets, and the wash and fold service folding is inconsistent and messy, items are wrinkled like they’d been left damp in the dryer too long, some are questionably clean, and things are randomly shoved in bags at every angle. It’s sad because there isn’t another option nearby. I know well that running a new business has a steep learning curve, so I hope the new owners are still settling in and the service and cleanliness will improve."
