"This place is a mess, no one is there to help, the two big machines from the back took my money, the credit card slide keep given a error message. Had to take my clothes wet and dry them home. Never again. The machines are also very overpriced. The floor is filthy and the place is dusty also is no where to wash your hands. How it's you can tan but No bathrooms make no sense."

"Thought I was being charged for a non working machine. Left message about it and received a call first thing the next morning. Was explained about the charge and how it would not be charged thanks to their system . No charges if machine doesn't work. The lady was very pleasant. The next time machine malfunctioned it was deducted from the next washer. So easy! Will continue going!"

"Gets two instead of one because the lady who works here was very kind and apologetic of what happened. I’ll be washing at my moms house from now on. First machine I used works fine. I put the pillows in. Put detergent in. Locked it. Put in money. It started. 5 minutes, it stops. Won’t unlock, won’t wash. Second machine, I had the door open when I put the change in. Didn’t start. I call over the attendant and she said she can’t credit me for that because the machine doesn’t take her card and she didn’t want to credit me for another machine that did without manager approval. So the attendant said she’ll call management. She called the manager. Manager told her to credit my two machine loads for one 60 lb load in a big machine. So we got the two washers open, and dragged all the (now soaking wet) pillows across the laundromat to the big machine. There was water everywhere. The big machine didn’t work so she called her manager again and tried to get instructions. Took 5 minutes and it ran. When it was done I moved everything over and then the dryer door had a broken seal and I had to hold it shut the whole time while it dried. Good service but terrible machines. Would rather drive to Rutland once a week to do laundry."
