"I called these people December 13th 2021 for a plumbing problem. I made an appointment with them for 8am dec. 30th 2021. On Dec. 30th 9am, 10am came and I called just to confirm I still had that appointment which they confirmed. She said ill get a hold of my tech and see where he is at. Got a call back said just finishing a job from the day before be there soon. 2pm, 3pm, went by called again. Same response ill get a hold of my tech. Called me right back said they are on their way. 4pm, 5pm, goes by, called, no answer. More than likely went home. So I left a message asking please call me. Next day came and went, they never called back. Do NOT use Harris plumbing. They knew my issue and had no toilet, shower or any sinks in my house a sewer pipe had broken dec. 13. The least they could have done is called and said what was up. This is not how you treat customers 1 star, id give zero if I coule."
