"Very happy with the service I got today. I came in for a flu shot without an appointment and it was quick with little pain. The pharmacist was very nice and made it as stress free as possible for me. Will definitely come back for future vaccinations. Edit: got my flu shot here again yesterday and still very happy with the service I got! I'll be back for next season!"

"Called three times today to speak to the pharmacy about getting my prescriptions sooner than what was offered to me from their automated service and it just rang. So when my wife and I went to get her prescription this evening I asked about mine and was told they wouldn't be ready for a couple of days and the kind young lady said she would put in to have them ready sometime tomorrow and I said thank you. Then I informed her that I called three times to speak with someone in pharmacy as I thought it was strange no one answered and thought maybe they might be having phone issues and wanted to make them aware of it in case there was in fact an issue with their phones. Well now, this nice young girl decided to kicked in her little woman syndrome on me and sarcastically informed me that they are busy throughout the day and do not have a dedicated person to answer the phones. She then proceeded to tell me to call tomorrow before I show up.. So my thought and question I was going to ask to the not so nice little.young lady, would you have a dedicated person tomorrow to answer the phone calls just like you did today??? But respectfully I didn't.."

"It may sound strange but every time i walk into this store I smile. The people are so friendly! And there are tons of them. Unlike the big chains, these folks are staffed well and everyone is helpful. I had my flu shot done and the nurse was amazing. I highly recommend this Kinney as the best pharmacy around."
