"I’m giving 5 stars because my service technician’s customer service and expertise were impeccable and I don’t want this reflecting negatively oh him. Having said that, I had to wait over 2 months for an appt just to install some flex line behind my stoves and it was incredibly expensive for a small amount of work. Would have given 3 stars otherwise. -1 for the extensive wait time and -1 for the exorbitant cost of a pretty small and fast project. (Prices are predetermined and averaged out across similar projects)"
