"Everything that could go wrong did, errors happen and they eventually handled most of the issues however when the problem was their craftsmanship they chose to ignore the situation rather than address it. We requested they handle it numerous times and were ignored. I honestly wasn’t even going to write a review but I don’t think it’s right that the owner and employees have rated the business here as if they were customers. So while you may see a bunch of 5 star reviews keep in mind 4 or 5 of them are from them."

"SE Kitches remodeled one full bath (25 sq ft) for me in 2016. I would strongly NOT recommend this company! Due to the owners horrible customer service skills and lack of professional communication, there were numerous mistakes made throughout the small project. Wrong shower door installed, incorrect application of radiant flooring. They took more than 6 weeks to complete the job. Over changed for materials , then failed to supply correct invoices. Since then I have had to repair multiple plumbing problems. The ladies in the office are lovely and very helpful. Too bad they are lead by such an incompetent business owner."
