Once he was done with the job, we agree. Don arrived promptly at the time he said he would. He was very pleasant to deal with and did a great job. We bought a 10 year old house that has white carpets on the second floor and while they weren’t in bad shape, you could clearly see the walking paths. When Don finished, the carpet looked like new again. They also have a pleasant smell. The first floor is wood and he even took time to show us how to clean up some scratches and left us enough cleaner to do the work.
