"We loved working with Bill Johnston of SERVPRO for our water damage situation! We had a roofing disaster during which the roofing company took the entire roof off of our house on a day with torrential storms - water was coming through the light fixtures and into every ceiling. The first water mitigation company we called was able to come evaluate, but couldn’t come set up water mitigation at a time that worked for us. We were glad they were busy because Bill with SERVPRO came with a thermal camera and caught water damage in many rooms that the first company had not discovered! It took us 10 days, many industrial dehumidifiers and dozens of fans to dry out the house. Bill stopped by a couple times to check on our progress, and he gave us good advice about making sure we tested the peeling drywall tape for asbestos, and what sorts of repairs would need to be done. He was extremely thorough in his explanations and by the time he was done I knew how to use his thermal camera and could evaluate what was water in the ceiling vs a gap in our insulation. He even caught an ongoing leak from a plumbing vent tube that had broken in an enclosed attic space. He went above and beyond the call of duty by checking out our basement and foundation while he was there since our wood floors were cupping, which he said was evidence our basement was too damp. Having built his own house - including even pouring his own foundation - he seems to know a lot about just about everything and gave us general homeowner advice as a bonus on top of water mitigation management. We genuinely enjoyed his visits and calls to check in with us. We hope we never have to call him for a water mitigation disaster again, but we would be delighted to work with him again in some happier capacity."

"My furnace direct vent failed and cause soot to be blown all over the outside and inside of my home. Everything had started turning black after we came back from a week vacation. Servepro was to our home within 4 hours of being called with heat and air filters and started cleaning the next morning. Note this incident started on a Saturday. They have been here as late at 9:30pm and seem to genuinely care, answered every question and concern I have, and have been incredible with my kids who are a little on edge about all the changes. My home has never been cleaner, almost wish I could afford this service every couple months. Bill and Jessica have also been incredible at communicating and letting me know what to expect time-wise. My insurance had assuming it would take substantially longer than it has, but it’s more than obvious they take their clients and jobs incredibly seriously and understand how stressful being out of your home is. We had to have another major clean up a couple years ago, and the company we used dragged out the project by not showing up over and over. Then charging us extra when they missed a spot and had to come back. Servepro has been Meticulous and has pointed out several things I never would have considered. I’m big on education and understanding what’s being done and they seem to love teaching about their trade. Thanks guys it’s been a pleasure working with you."

"We had water damage on the lower level of our house, toilet over flow. We called the Insurance Company & they had SERVPRO call us. SERVPRO called immediately! Bill and the team quickly cleaned it up, set up the dehumidifier and blow dryers. Bill checked in with us frequently to see how things were progressing with the drying time. "I had a wonderful experience with everyone I spoke to/worked with on the SERVPRO team. Bill was able to give us an estimate on a Sunday evening and was then able to work with Ruby the very next day to efficiently and effectively address a septic flooding issue in our basement, leaving it cleaner than before it flooded. Bill and Ruby worked very well together and explained the process as they were working. When they were done they also cleaned everywhere they walked in the house on their way out the door so as not to leave any contamination that may have occurred while they were walking to and from their truck as they worked."
