"The first interaction with the pharmacist was absolutely horrible treated me as I was less than a human being as if I was asking questions that were ignorant I was just trying to find out why my prescription keeps changing the dates it to be picked up I started receiving my prescriptions on the 2nd of each month and now I'm receiving them on the 11th which was finally explained to me by the same pharmacist after I had to thoroughly explain and enunciated so that way she could come out of her frustration and answer me and then again this month.I sent my wife to handle the prescription so that way I did not get treated less than a human being and they treated her less than a human being. I'll be filing a complaint I just wanted to leave a review because the general public will not see the complaint filed with the state"
"Service is a very well run store. Employees are always ready and willing to help. Pharmacist is kind and patient, as well. He stopped doing what he was doing to help me find special bandages. The manager has a lot of charisma, an amazing knowledge of his store, and a great relationship with his employees. I actually enjoy going in this Kinney's,and would rather go out of my way to go here than go to another Kinney's."
