"Recently ordered from Ava's Flowers and they hired Love a lot to replicate what I ordered for my Wife's 75th Birthday. The Bouquet I ordered was the best one they offered, The Luxury Grade Birthday Indulgence at over $100 before fees. At first I called to say it hadn't been delivered as I thought it was one of the other Grandchildrens $19 grocery store purchase!! II asked my wife if anything was delivered today and she pointed to this measly bouquet!!! It pales in comparison to my Grandchildren's $!9 Walmart purchase and I'm embarrassed to think my wife thinks I was being cheap !!! The person I spoke to there should never be in any customer service position as SHE was rude and crude, telling me my wife asked where the "Hot Guy was that was supposed to come with this delivery. What this lady doesn't realize is my wife was referring to ME! This woman was not only an A-hole but also a JERK and totally unprofessional. edit: I did mean to be personally derogatory towards you as when I said I was not impressed and would never order from you again, you then came back at me and said" Oh yea, well your wife asked where the Hot guy was that came with the flowers. As if to attack my wife and or insult either of us. You should control yourself better when you get HURT FEELINGS from a unhappy customer.I can't imagine with your HORRIBLE customer service skills you will last through the end of this year! I'm sure everyone will soon know who you really are and what you're really like! I actually now believe because I ordered through Ava's Flowers, you sent me the smaller arrangement because you thought you would get away with it as I was not a regular customer of yours. Shame on you!"

"I was given a bouquet for Mother’s Day from here and it held up beautifully for nearly a month so we ordered a bouquet for a retirement party but accidentally put the wrong pickup time. I showed up a few hours early in a time crunch- despite the mixup being our fault, they worked hard to get it ready and it came out beautifully. This is my new go-to flower shop!"
