"This place is terrible. 1. Rock hard beds. I really considered sleeping on the floor instead.. it was softer... The pillows weren't much better 2. Under construction with tarps on the roof flapping in the wind all night 3. No light switch in the room- had to fumble through the dark room to find a switch on a lamp on the opposite side. 4. Construction workers showed up at 7:30 on Sunday morning climbing on our roof and making tons of noise 5. The thermostat in the room is locked in a cage so you have no control"

"Great place to be able to walk around downtown. Check-in was fast, owner was friendly, rooms were very clean, and very nice by motor lodge standards. No issues whatsoever! I love downtown Claremont and will definitely stay here again."

"1 night, both beds, the sheets were dirty Found hair and food in one bed. The office had the open door sign. With the door locked, I tried calling, but there was no answer. I stripped both beds in hopes it is better for the next."

"Rooms were clean, Alay was very friendly and got us checked in fast, beds were comfortable, shower fixture was a little low for my taste, but bathroom was clean, hot water worked, and there was more than enough pressure."

"This place is absolutely trash. Never ever stay here. the owners are completely and TOTALLY UNREASONABLE. When we went to rent the room online we had put on that we had two travelers, and there was no area to include a child. Upon checking in , they asked if we had any other people staying and we said yes, we have a child. We offered to pay more for the child to stay for the night if it was an issue and the owner insisted that we get no refund and we have to leave. Despite us actively asking to pay more, he would not let us stay. The owners do not speak English, and could not communicate correctly. After offering to pay additional money for the child to stay, the owner proceeded to kick us out, WITH A 3 year old at 11 pm. He was saying that we were lying and that he doesn’t like people ” like us “. He had the cops called and the cops, said that we have to leave because it’s their property. If you’re not down to lose $200 DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. Also the condition of the room was subpar at best. the phone in the room was broken and the room was extremely small for the price they’re asking for."
