"I would rate these people with a zero if I could. I went in with two of my longterm friends who happen to be immigrants. I as a white guy was not thrown out but my two friends who entered minutes after me where thrown out and told "go back where you come from". I'd rather give money to anyone in the region and I would suggest the owner of this store considers how much I'll will they generate by either instructing employees to remove people who seem "foreign" or by just allowing this practice to persist."

"Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I tried for months to get a phone call returned from these people. Each time I called them it went something like “I’m so sorry. That really is terrible, but there is a monument builder in the shop right now (more important client) and I will give you a call back as soon as he leaves”…. Then no call back…. I had already picked out my stone and was literally just trying to give them money to start the project. This happened 4-5 times until I finally got them on the phone to make the order. My stone is out of stock now. I should have placed the order sooner… I wasted so much time dealing with these people and it will push my move in date 1.5 -2 months. They sound very nice on the phone but beware. They don’t seem to care much for you if you just need stone for counter tops."

I had a particular shape in mind, and even though I live abroad and did not attend in person, were able to speak on the phone, send emails, and work through things together.
