"Had to pick up flowers at an unusual time to avoid going back and forth a bunch and the owner was EXTREMELY accommodating and friendly with my request and didn't charge me extra. The flowers were also beautiful too and lasted for far longer than I would have expected. Would buy from Petal Patch again in a heartbeat."

"Donna went above and beyond for me. I ordered flowers from SKC Floral Design in Claremont NH. They were not delivered when they said they would be. I got in touch with the owner after a couple attempts and was told the website hours were incorrect and my flowers couldn't be delivered until the next day if I wanted to keep my order. I agreed and they were to be delivered the next day. They were not. So on the 3rd day I attempted to reach out again, no answer. The website says they were affiliated with Petal Patch. So I called Donna and asked if she was affiliated, she said not anymore. Asked me if she could help. I explained the story and apparently this is not the first time she has heard of this happening and asked if she could deliver flowers for me free of charge. I found this extremely professional and unheard of. For her to except an order on behalf of some other florist and not charge me. She said she would take it up with the owner of SKC. Awesome Awesome business lady. Thank you Donna."

"My fiancé ordered me flowers from Petal Patch for Valentine’s Day. The arrangement I received looked half dead. She had chosen bright vibrant colors. The colors in this arrangement didn’t even come close to what was ordered. The roses were grey looking, browning and starting to curl. The teddy bear was even sitting atop the arrangement crushing some of the flowers. When my fiancé called to let them know she was very disappointed over the arrangement that she paid over $100 for, the lady was extremely rude. She offered to come to our house to “inspect“ them. We we’re not available that day so she offered to come by my work the next day but that I would need to bring those flowers with me. Well the next day I happened to be home sick and when I called the flower shop to let them know I wouldn’t be in (mind you, I called at 8:30 before their business was scheduled to open at 9) I was told that they had already been to my work at 7:30am. Since I was not there they informed me that I’d have to drive 40 minutes to the store with the flowers so they could still “inspect“ them, as if I was lying about them. The next day I made that drive and once I was in the shop with the half dead arrangement, I was immediately told that there was nothing wrong with it and that they started to die because they were exposed to the cold from me bringing them in. I pointed out the dead looking flowers, told her I understand that sometimes substitutions need to be made but the arrangements colors, greenery, and flowers choices were nothing similar to what was ordered And showed her where the teddy bear bent the flowers. I simply asked for a refund... she continued to tell me nothing was wrong. She then slid another arrangement across the counter and told me to just take that one. That one too also had dying/browning roses like it had been sitting there a long while. Still nothing like what was ordered. I simply told her again that we are not satisfied and would like a refund. She rolled her eyes and had some very rude things to say. I asked her if she even cared about customer satisfaction. Her response was I should just take my business elsewhere. I’m not one to like confrontation or complain but this was beyond what I ever thought would happen over a bouquet of flowers. I’ve never in my life have had a business treat me as poorly as she did. I will never step foot or order from them again"

"Very disappointed with the flowers and the customer service. I did get a partial refund but I will never do business with petal patch again. When i noticed the arrangement was not what was pictured i called and Donna said she did what she could with what she had-yet still charged full price. She then asked if I wanted her to go pick up the flowers from the person who just had a loss in the family. I told her no, I wasn't going to have her go pick them up from someone who was grieving. She asked what I wanted and I told her a refund. She was rude, never apologized and tried to imply I was stupid."
