"Started with Paul lassins then thought I would try someone else. Christina Ennabe I was getting help with for a few months. I went back a few years later and was supposed to meet with Kelly Osborne but instead met with a man named Joe. I got matched with Brandi Cushman then she handed me to Linda Johnson. I gave them another shot because I did like therapy with them but they mostly handed me off to others besides Linda Johnson. Her personality was too similar to me so I felt like a fast talker in therapy. I went for one more intake and got matched with Linda Peterson and got put on a waitlist. My medication doctors were okay. Connie omingo was good but Olivia booth perscribed the opposite of what I was asking. dr Connors was not helpful. She wanted me punished for speaking with he I felt. Overall okay but it felt temporary to me.Reached out to Paul again but he has retired."

"This place has careless therapists, case managers etc. The only people that don’t last is the case managers that they overwork because they go above and beyond of what’s expected of them. I had a very unfortunate discharge from this place where I was told that I was discharged back in October (This was sometime after I left to go to Florida) and nobody told me not even my case manager that I had been discharged, so I was basically left without meds until I needed them again. Thanks a lot GNMH. Granted, I was supposed to get my own psychiatrist, but these people do not tell me at all that I had been discharged, so I was expecting to get emergency medication’s and I was unable to. Also, I have done a lot better with a different therapist in a different state. So, Bye… Anyway, I’m giving this place a 2-star but that’s the best I can do, because that’s the most they can do for me."

"Absolutely abysmal experience. Staff routinely acts as if they care then leave you abandoned on a never ending waitlist. Then they proceed to tell you therapy not meds are what you need, but still only give you meds which you essentially prescribe yourself because the provider is condescending and offers nothing of value. This is a joke of an organization and the individuals running it should be ashamed of themselves. If you don't have the ability to actually help people, stop taking people who you can't take care of. Instead, you choose the route of greed, leading to not enough qualified individuals to help, resulting in people giving up on even trying because none of the effort is being reciprocated. Why attempt to get mental health help when all you're going to receive is band-aids, empty apologies and bills..."

"I wish there was a zero or negative star. Been on their waiting list for over a year. They offered me one option that wasn't going to work for me and I was told I would be put back at the bottom of the waiting list to start all over again. They offered to send me a list of providers that they have already sent 3 times, that have no openings either. I've pretty much lost all hope."
