"They kept insisting on knowing when I was coming. I gave them a time I thought I might be there by. She called me back and told me they were not going to be there so she was just going to leave my key in my room and the door unlocked. So unsafe and unprofessional. We ended up having an emergency at home and ended up not needing the room. I called them and let them know and she told me that she already charged me and I would not get my money back. I called as a courtesy so they would know and was treated very poorly. I never asked for my money back."

"Two of the nicest people on the planet own this great motel! Rooms are always clean and homey! The owners are very friendly and accommodating! I've been staying there 2 or 3 times a year since 2012 and will continue to do so. It feels like a home away from home!"

"-Would tell the USPS to drop off all packages at the office and their son in law would "accidentally" think they were all his. -room was out dated and had maitnence issues that were never fixed. -lied about pet damages so they could keep a hefty pet deposit. -very unprofessional"

"Ive been staying here every summer fall and winter for 20 years for family in town and it is the best bang for your buck in town they use to own the Nootka Lodge in town as well and that has a more cabin feel but both are great i highly recomend."
