"Rooms are nice they're clean warm in the winter the only complaint I have is every time I leave the caretakers or the people who clean the place come into my room even if I put a do not disturb sign they still enter my room. No one should enter a room when it is rented. Go in when we check out."

"I have a vivid memory of coming to Lincoln on a ski vacation with my father when I was a very young teen (23~25 years ago) and staying here….I remember the view being spectacular and the location being pretty awesome as well. Nothing but good memories and judging by photos…it hasn’t changed. Might not be 5star hotel but I give it 5 stars if you are looking for a local-cozy-discrete spot to enjoy the season and family."

"The location and view are absolutely phenomenal. Just minutes to the Flume Gorge! The rooms are adequate and good for a place to sleep/ hang out between hikes. The door to our balcony didn't close all the way, but the heat works well enough that it would probably still be fine even in winter."

"It's a budget hotel but pleasantly well kept. The room I stayed at is spacious and clean. The weather was brutal at 16 F but the heating did a great job. The view from my window was peaceful. The location is quiet and private which I loved . The food places are like 5-10 minutes drive . The only issue I had was the TV had no cables and I wasn't carrying my laptop , so things got a bit slow."
