"Our dog has been going to groomers in CT and RI for 11 years. She always arrives nervously shaking but leaves with high marks as sweetly giving kisses and agreeable. The Petco groomer kept her 2 hours and called me to get her with only a bath and brush because she was "falling down". I believe the drawn-out timeframe/process and timid groomer were the issues. Don't bring your dog here if you need an experienced groomer."
