"They try very hard in all elements so please take it easy"
"The people that work here are some of the most miserable people I have ever encountered in my life. Also, the post master refused to take a complaint about someone taking and OPENING my mail (I have proof). I will be contacting the post master general. They also held my package in retaliation for calling them out on shoving several different people's mail in one mailbox. She was the most unpleasant person I've dealt with."
"They keep shoving packages into my mailbox and crushing my mail and then complaining that it’s full if it isn’t emptied that day. They then refused to deliver a package 3 times the size of my mailbox because my “mailbox has been full for a month” I got mail the day before… Mind you they left the notice of “failed delivery” in my full mailbox. Going to talk with the postmaster general. Laziest people on earth."
"Everytime I go to get my mail I have other people's mail in my po box. I have had up to three different peoples mail at one time in my po box. I return it and they just say oh sorry. Scares me because if my mail goes missing its probably in someone else's po box! This happens every single time I go which is 1 to 2 a week."
"The mail carriers do not always deliver mail, whether or not there is any snow on the ground. If you have a driveway the carriers will not bring packages up to the building, they will insist you go to the post office to pick them up. If you try to complain about it the postmaster will accuse you of lying, even if there are three different people from three households there to complain about the same thing from the same mail carrier, she interrupts constantly and kicks anyone out of the building who asks her not to be rude and iinterrupt them when they are trying to explain their issue to her."
