"A quick update, It's been 7 months since my moms passing and I've still not received a speck of sympathy from the administration. It's like she never lived there at all (and she lived there for 3 years). I'm totally disgusted. My mom was a resident here for 3 years, not a phone call or sympathy card when she passed away. They have some caring staff but the administrators leave a lot to be desired. Half the time they didn't even return my phone calls. If you want a responsive and caring team, look elsewhere."
