"The schoolhouse is open to visit yet if you are interested it would be best to check the town of Andover website for days it will be open. This school is on the mountain, built on a free standing stone foundation, four windows, a wood stove centered in the room and a leach ring for the children to stand their horses. Knife carvings in the desks as you might think and flat bottom seats. This place will put one in a time that the word Google and Microsoft hadn't been considered."
"What a great piece of history and very well preserved. Well worth the stop."
"Off the beaten path. The people at Portor place station in Andover will tell you how to get there"
