"I strongly advise anyone against coming here. There are better bars in Burlington where you don’t have to deal with terrible service and an overall awful experience. Additionally, they have truly incompetent, horrible bouncers and employees. I was turned away despite my valid, REAL ID demonstrating that I am over 21. I have been here in the past, which makes this situation even more confusing and upsetting. To add fuel to the fire, the bouncer was extremely rude and did not even try to understand. Honestly, this establishment needs to teach their employees some manners, because they do not demonstrate any respect for their customers. In fact, I don’t think the bouncers even know what a real ID looks like. If you’re looking for a good time in Burlington, GO ELSEWHERE!"

"A girl poured her drink on me and was too belligerently drunk to notice which is fine we are at a bar but proceeded to kick me when I asked her to be careful. When complained to the 2 guys on the main floor and they said because they didn’t see what happened they couldn’t do anything. When I was leaving I told Colin and he resolved the situation by saying he believed me and telling me to tell the guys on the main floor to kick the girl out. When I went down to tell them they didn’t believe me and one of them went up to confirm with Colin. Once they came back down they kicked the girl out after confirming with Colin and not believing me. I waited to make sure she got kicked out so I was waiting to make sure the two guys were following me out. Once the girl was kicked out and we were outside, her friends came up to me and started arguing with me. The Rasputins worker who didn’t believe me told me to leave because I was causing a scene when the girl’s friend was arguing with me. I’m glad Colin got the situation resolved but it’s is frustrating that not all the workers knew how to resolve the situation."

"I have never met a more illiterate bouncer. i came up from maine to visit my sister and the bouncer looks sees it’s a maine id and denies me. never in my 3 years of being of age have i ever been denied. so upset was so excited to go to this spot. so incompetent. educate your bouncers on REAL out of state ids."
