"Some of the staff here are very capable, Heather for example- but the woman who runs it (Crystal) obviously does not hold everyone to an acceptable standard because 1: my child has had her shoes stolen by another child (their parent let them wear the shoes all weekend and they came back destroyed after I confronted them) and 2: I just found out she has been subjected to repeated bullying. I did notice she reacted poorly to a boy in her group the other day but assumed it was nothing, today she came home with TWO huge bite marks! One would be understandable, TWO is unacceptable. That means there was little to no supervision. I'm extremely upset and as soon as I can find a contact that I'm able to submit a written complaint to I will (so far there is conveniently no e-mail or fax available online- go figure)"
