"I attended this school earlier in the year. Ben was a phenomenal teacher and even allowed me to bring my 4 month old son to my classes while my husband was at work. He was very accommodating and understanding. You are able to make your own schedule, which is awesome especially if you work full time. He has review sessions that you can attend and go to as many as you like, even before you complete all of your classes. I found this very beneficial, as it caught me up with the studying material constantly. That being said, I took my state and National exam in July and passed both with flying colors the first time (which is not common, this test is difficult). I’ve now been a licensed realtor for 4 months and counting. Ben provides information regarding the classes and the real world. He will prepare you for applying to be a realtor as well as taking your exams. He also teaches classes post-examination if you are seeking that in order to keep your real estate license.
