"This place is great. Kevin (the owner) knows his customers well and keeps stock of parts on the shelf for anything you want to race at the track. He'll also bend over backwards to help you out if something isn't right and you're at least a little bit understanding of how the world works. He keeps a very positive, enthusiastic, and welcoming atmosphere as do the 'regulars.' If you want to try your hand at racing Mini-Zs, mini oval cars, Mini-Bs/Mini-Ts, 1/10 Touring Cars, Euro Trucks, this place checks ALL the boxes."

"The worst customer service iv encountered. Never in my life have I walked into a store and been completely ignored and bushed off, and from the owner I’d expect a lot more especially in our area… I would go in and ask some advice for some builds I’m working on and would get told that it won’t work or it’s too “advanced”. From someone that introduced me to the rc world and help my make my first purchase I’d expect more, Wouldn’t even give me a run down on what I would actually need to purchase to achieve my goal.. standing at the counter wanting to learn more and get more ideas for my builds and he’s behind the counter on his phone completely disregarding his own customer. I get your a Buissness owner and have a lot going on but how are you supposto have a Buissness if your not making sales and healthy relations? growing up in this town has always been a warm welcome from all around but this was far from it"

"This guy is great on the point of sale, but follow up not so nice. He sold me a defective $600 RC car and bailed out 2 days later when the $75 battery was defective. He wanted nothing to do with customer service, and was quite rude and defensive when I tried to get the battery replaced. I thought I’d buy local and support a local business, I probably overpaid to do so. Unfortunately this business does not provide good customer support. Sadly you would be better off going to Amazon for the same stuff a a better price and no grief when returns are necessary."

"My best man and I went to NeThing a few weeks back to look into RC cars. We both have traxxas cars and the owner was great and talking is through options, upgrades, etc. There was a great selection inside, but our favorite was renting a rock crawler to be able to navigate the course set up inside the store. We spent an hour being kids again. Will return every time we are in NH."
