"If only I could be a kid again to have Brenda Neff NP as my provider. Wonderful doctor, compassionate, listens and truly takes the time in visits. And ridiculously prompt. Between the waiting room and waiting in the exam room I wait less than 5 minutes total (if even that long) when I bring my kids to the doctor AND they receive care I can be confident in."

"I've experienced 4 of the doctors here. 2 while at the hospital and 2 for newborn checks. They are all on the same page and helped me advocate for my kids. The staff is very nice and always willing to answer my questions and help me. There is never a long wait when I have an appointment. They are very punctual but still allow me to ask the questions I need to and give me time to nurse before I leave. Great environment and place"

"This is a great practice! I was a little concerned based on a few reviews but I think that reflects that most people go to the internet to complain and not praise. We have found the whole staff to be wonderful, from doctors to nurses to front desk folks. Have had no issues with scheduling or billing, and have been able to get in for same day urgent appointments as needed."

"They will try to do anything to get as much money as possible out of you. Simple don’t care about your family just about making money. Will tell you how you need to parent your children and way over step their positions and roles."

"The physicians are wonderful but I find their hours difficult. They dont open until 830 and take a long lunch break during which the phones arent answered. Not convenient when this is when most parents have time to call. I haven't heard anything about the walk ins from 8-9 that another reviewer posted about."
