"So much to say about this place. Our daughter went here from 3 months old to almost 3 years old. We had nothing but problems with the administration and our daughter was constantly getting hurt by and learning awful habits from other kids. When she was “disenrolled” [sic] for me posting a plea on my social media for advice which, they translated into “bashing” them, we received copies of all the incident reports the had on file for her - all THIRTY-SEVEN of them. She was bit five times in a year. Every time I raised concerns about her injuries and picking up bad habits that revolved around one particular child, we were told it was “developmentally normal” and there’s nothing they can do as they were already “working with the parents.” There’s so many other instances of them not following their own policies and making exceptions for their staff. We are not the only ones. There are three other children that I know of from her previous class alone that are not longer there and have enrolled their children elsewhere within the last 6 months. Please, DO NOT send your child here if you care about their health, safety, and general well being. Also, at least 9 of these reviews on Google are from either employees or their family members. So infer what you will with that knowledge."

"The Ark Learning Center is an absolute gem of a childcare center. All the staff members are fully invested in your children’s learning and growth. Even with individualized rooms, children are intermingling with other age groups and really see the building as a whole community. Staff members are in constant communication with parents through their app and capture precious moments throughout the day. As a teacher, I am incredibly happy having my children part of such a fun and loving learning environment."

"Both of my children have attended the Ark and we love it. Our youngest has some major allergies and they have been so great with making sure he is safe at school. Sending him to school with as many allergies as he has made me extremely anxious, but the staff has given me so much peace over the last year. He has so much fun with his teachers, we know he is loved and cared for at the Ark."

When my son first started he had a rough time adjusting but with the love kindness and caring hearts the teachers have he was able to connect with the teachers. Now when he gets dropped off he reaches for the teacher before I can say bye. That shows he really loves it and the pictures I get through the app are proof he is engaged in all kinds of activities that keep his curiosity growing!"
