"We rented a lift chair for my mom to use at the hotel we used for my son's wedding. Every single person I talked to at PA Medical Supply was just so kind. They assured me that they would deliver the chair to the hotel before we got there, and pick it up the day we left. It was in my mom's room when we arrived, and was perfect for her. We headed home yesterday, and I got a call from PA Medical Supply as we were driving back, asking how it went. They didn't have to make that call, but the fact that they did says a great deal about the way they handle their business. They were great, and I highly recommend them. (Also, the chair and delivery were not terribly expensive, which was an added bonus!)"

"I was having carpal tunnel issues with both of my hands. Not knowing much about what to do Tammy was very helpful discussing hand braces. Boy what a difference they made. The day I went in to pick them up Natasha helped me and she was so pleasant. Nice to work with people who are always smiling. PA Medical is very lucky to have such great staff especially the way the economy is now a days. Highly recommend"

"I recently had surgery on my right foot. My dad went to PA Medical to get me a knee walker. They do not accept MVP so they rented him one for $90.00. The day he brought it home, I was using it to come from my kitchen to living room, the seat broke off and I fell landing on my foot. And hurting my neck/shoulders/arms and my foot/leg. I called them to tell them, they said bring it in, they have never heard of such thing. I called them back and said I was not ready to leave my house because of my inability to get around yet. I spoke to the owner and asked if they could come pick it up. He was unwilling to cooperate and accused me of breaking the seat and refused to send someone to pick it up here. I can not believe the way he spoke to me and his unwillingness to work with me. I am appalled at my interaction with him. I would never use them for anything and I would also recommend nobody else does. They rent medical equipment, obviously do not inspect it, and then do not as much as apologize. It is obvious it has been broken for sime time as there is rust around the metal where it broke."
