"My wife and I went to your store to select a tile floor for our bathroom project. Our contractor told us to go to your store to pick out what we wanted and get that information to him. I was absolutely 'blown away' at all of the inventory on display! In my life I never knew there was such variety of tile! One of your associates, Conner, was so helpful. He escorted us around to look at several styles, and then he went out to get a cart for us to put those samples in, lol, I wouldn't have been able to carry those three pieces! I liked that we were able to take samples of each style home to see what they looked like on our bathroom floor."

"This place rocked when doing my bathroom over. Adam went above and beyond in the absence of availability of a designer early evening. He was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Trips later he saved the day suggesting a vanity he could get within my timeline. Saving me hundreds in comparison to the pricey showroom in town. Totally impressed every trip I make for the next phase! Nashua Floor & Decor was great to deal with."

"Upgrading to 5 stars now. After the claims process floor and decor made the situation right. Leaving a one-star review for now but hoping to change this after the claims dept can review. We bought some basic flat subway tile manufactured by Canvas. After installing and grouting the tile it is very obvious some of the induvial tiles bow out in the middle when they should simply be flat. This is happening on two different colors of tile but both the same size and from the manufacture. It makes for a very odd looking install and is not acceptable for a new bathroom. The local store in Nashua,NH was not super willing to address this and stated that once the tile is installed the customer is out of luck. The store was also able to confirm that some of the tile currently on the sales floor is showing signs of bowing. I have a case open with the claims team and hoping to get some assistance with this defective product. If not it’s going to be a very expensive life lesson here."
