"I am being generous with my two rating. I have had two bad experiences with this practice and I don’t want to chance a third so I am leaving. The first happened about 4 yrs ago. I had a tick bite and was concerned about lymes disease. Dr Libman was unavailable and I was told it would be a week before I could be seen “ maybe I should go to urgent care”. Which seemed a bit like overkill, since treatment was a single dose of an antibiotic. I called telemedicine doc at MD live who prescribed the antibiotic in 10 minutes. Only cost $40 for the telemedicine visit too. Yesterday I tested positive for Covid, I had all of the symptoms and I am immunocompromised due to a history of cancer. I called my oncologist and the office told me to get a prescription for Paxlovid from my internist. So I called Granite State and explained the situation. I received a call back from a nurse and went over all of my symptoms .He then told me Dr Libman was not in and I would have to come in or do a telemedicine visit with him the next day. Being a pharmacist I was appalled given my current health status. Was there no other physician on call? Do they really want a patient with Covid in their office? Why was a telemedicine visit needed ? What could be seen on a computer screen that I couldn’t ( and already described to them) ? I was looking for a prescription of an antiviral medication developed especially for people like myself. Why didn’t someone at the office call my oncologist? Let’s pretend for a moment that I didn’t have Covid and they prescribed Paxclovid, how much harm would have been done? I like Dr Libman and think he is a good physician but the practice/office is a bit scary."

"I've been going here for over 8 years now, and I'm consistently blown away with the staff. From Holly who works in reception, to a doctor's assistant named Ashley, to my doctor herself (Dr. Jennifer Fishbein or "Dr. Jen" as I like to call her)-they are the best and I'm fortunate to have found them. Literally the cleanest, most efficient office I've never waited more than 10 minutes- ever. My referral and follow up appointments are scheduled quickly and the flexibility is unheard of. The heart and care that Dr. Jen puts into her patients is amazing. I loved this place so much and my doctor so much I have my ex wife and my friend who both go to her now and both feel the same way."
"Just went in for my first appointment and had the time wrong, which I realize is possibly my error but just wanted to try to save the 15 minutes remaining of my appoimoment time. BJ working the desk just said you are 30 minutes late, then when asked if I could still try to get in as I really didn't need anything but just wanted to start a relationship here with this PCP she looked up from her screen to say, yes I show the letter we sent you in February showed a 1pm appt time. I then asked her if it was more important to establish if I was wrong or if we could try to possibly salvage the appointment? She then finally said she would go and ask so after over 5 minutes she came back (to the empty waiting room) to tell me the doctor had a full schedule and could not possibly see me. Unfortunately, if this is the treatment of patients we will go elsewhere as mistake happen and I could have at least been introduced and had 15 minutes with a follow up if necessary. Just left a message for Emily the manager so hopefully I hear back and the practice illustrates customer service at some level even though I am not sure it would change my mind at this point."
"Dr Sirois and her team are amazing. They actually listen to me and instead of brushing me off when I have a problem they work hard to figure out what is wrong. They're so friendly and everyone makes me feel welcomed."
