"This establishment shouldn’t call themselves an urgent care. I visited ReadyMed urgent care as I have a few times and was very disappointed and quite surprised that I was turned away. I wasn’t feeling well and was hoping for something fast and convenient before I needed to go pick up my son. I was told that as I was not a reliant patient, I could not be seen without a referral from my PCP. I’ve never heard of anything like this and said I had been there before and this had never happened. The woman rudely said “oh sorry”. I didn’t have time to call my primary care to try to get a referral. I left and went to another urgent care in Leominster. I was seen no problem. I’ve been to various different urgent cares (including out of state) and never had a problem. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I certainly won’t be back (even if I was a reliant patient)"

"I went in there this evening feeling very funny or silly for going as in cheese stuck in my throat.. From Jenifer taking my vitals to Jared an AMAZING pa to the nicest X-Ray tech ever! Coming from someone who is in the medical field I strive to make my patients feel the way that they all made me feel this evening. They were caring, listened to my concerns, explained everything and pointed me in the right direction before I have surgery on Monday. I left feeling calm and that I was going to be okay. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Absolutely amazing! UPDATE: Just have to shout this place out again. I am 6 weeks pregnant and went in due to dehydration and needing fluids. I was lucky enough to get blessed with an amazing team here again. From check in and patient set up with my CMA Jessica to Jared the doctor once again being so kind, caring and thorough and last but not lease my RN Donna who checked on me every few minutes and was so kind and caring. This place is amazing and they put patients first ALWAYS! The best of the best!"

"My boyfriend cut his finger tonight so I brought him to the Leominster readymed...they were very nice and had him stitched up and in and out in about 25 minutes. Very happy with our visit tonight!"

"If giving no stars was an option I would have chosen it. They said it was a 15 minute wait. There was only 3 in back in the rooms and we waited an hour and a half in the waiting room to be called. They called another person before us that had just gotten there while we were already waiting an hour because the front desk screwed up. My son and I got put in a room and we were told they would get to us when they could because they were busy. They absolutely were not busy. We waited another half hour in the room for the Doctor and we decided to leave as my son was dizzy and his blood sugar was low from being hungry. We left the room and told the nurse we were leaving and why and she didn’t even bother to look up from her computer to acknowledge us and just said “fine” . I understand that nurses and doctors are busy and waiting is expected but they were absolutely not busy. On our way out I saw 4 nurses standing around instead of coming into rooms to get a history on what was going on so that the Doctor could come in and assess the patient. Wasted 3 hours for nothing. Will never step foot in there again"

"Had a great experience there today. All of the staff were kind and friendly and the NP Rosemary was patient and thorough and made me felt heard. There are so many urgent care type places it seems like a roll of the dice when you pick one but I am thankful to have gone where I did. Would definitely go again if I had a medical need."
