"Great Surgeon, Nurses, Coordinators! Excellent Results!!! However, caution on the payment/billing procedures between BASC and NH Ortho. It is not well communicated upfront. I suggest reviewing very closely and cautiously before booking any procedure. I was told that I should have read the "fine print" more closely by the BASC finance supervisor. Not exactly the same experience as I reported above. Very disappointing customer/client service and support."

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable from the time I went in for surgery until it was time to go.
