"Terrible Experience - Avoid using their service. Appointment was made for 9am and he shows up at 10:20am with an attitude. Said on the phone it would take an hour. he ran through it in about 20 minutes. When the report came back he waaaaay under valued the house. I feel he let his attitude cloud his judgement. Hired a new appraiser from a different company and they were on time, very friendly and came back with an accurate appraisal. Save yourself HUNDREDS of dollars and hire someone other than these people."
