"disappointing. hoped to find a nail place in my new neighborhood for the occasional splurge or special event. went to treat my feet for pedicure - nothing fancy. the woman who did mine was talking on her phone & watching loud TV on her phone while working. was bizarre, not relaxing as hoped. :/ i should’ve read reviews in advance. cost $50 for a basic pedicure, no manicure. would’ve loved to find a good regular spot. (the owner, Ashley seemed nice, but the pedicure was lacking.)"

"I was excited to bring my 10 year old here, and happy to have somewhere local to get our nails done together. It was very disorganized, personal items from the employees everywhere, and to top it off the nail tech giving my daughter a pedicure was vaping while giving my daughter a pedicure (I could not believe it, we should have just walked out right then and there, but I was trying to hide what was really happening from my daughter). We also were not given flip/flops, just had to walk around barefoot in a very dusty space. To top it off, it was the most expensive mani/pedi yet. My daughter was done in less than 1/2 the time of mine, and we were still charged full price (no kids prices). Very strange experience overall, and even after voicing my concern with a follow-up phone call, the owner seemed very unapologetic about the experience."

"Made an appointment here for a gel fill, while my normal nail lady is on vacation. I had high expectations because I've heard great things about this place, for years. I drove home after my appointment, in tears. Half way through my "Gel" fill, I realized she was using acrylic. Not my preferred but honestly wouldn't have mind, if my nails didn't end up looking the way they do now. Though, it would have been nice to have a conversation about why she was using powder before the fact, instead of half way through. But too late now. The shape is SO uneven, each nail is a different shape..some square, some squoval, some coffin, some just plain freaking whacky. The nails are SO thick. And the paint job is also not even, some nails are lumpy in the middle and some are super thick in the middle & then very thin on the tip. My mom, who usually goes to the same person as I do, had made an appointment to have hers filled here this week, but after seeing my set, she immediately canceled. Also, the reviews mentioning the techs being on their phone the whole time is correct. FaceTimed my entire appointment and cell phones ringing off the hook. I honestly don't mind that, I don't need to socialize or relax while getting my nails done, but if you are looking for a nail salon with a calm/relaxing vibe, this isn't it. I don't know where all the good reviews come from, to be honest. Maybe some of the regular clients just haven't been anywhere else to know any better... but this place was a one and done for me. Super disappointed and thankful that I have an appointment booked next week with my normal lady, so she can fix this mess. :("

"Phinne is the best ❤️ I’ve been going to her since I was 11! This time Ashley did my nails and she did exactly what I wanted! Both ladies are very skilled and super nice ❤️ This is the place to go for everything you need for nails, pedicures and nail designs."
