"Poor customer service, unwilling to help order hardware over the phone, they want you to do the work for them online"
"I came here for the first time today and received wonderful help from Nate! I was looking for a pretty random and specifically sized item (which wasn’t something they could just look up, as I needed it for a project outside of its intended use) and he found EXACTLY what I needed! Huge shout out to him and his coworker (whose name I didn’t catch) for saving me literally $50+ and digging through several sizes of washers to find what I needed. This is a project I plan on doing several times, so I will definitely be returning!"
"These guys do Milwaukee tools repairs. So I decided to have two of my 3/8’s Milwaukee ratcheting wrenches went out to be fixed through them and also was wondering in the process if I could switch one to 1/4 anvil. So I had them sent out through fastenal and gave them my number. So they could call me and possibly giving updates I’ve had to call them every month so now here we are 5 months later and my tools are at Milwaukee still and they aren’t under warranty which they should be because it comes with a 5 year warranty through Milwaukee but I was still fine with paying for it because I needed them fixed quickly for work. They haven’t given me a single update on my tools in five months I’ve always had to call them and THEY HAVENT EVEN DONE ANY REPAIRS YET. And they JUST told me the parts needed to fix them are on back order yet they have the same exact ratchets sitting on the shelf brand new. Milwaukee makes a great god damn tool but whatever you do don’t break it because it’s a nightmare trying to get it fixed. This place has been absolute garbage when it comes to customer service. End of story. Update to this post two months later they finally come in the store the clerk goes and rings me out for labor and parts for something that should be warranties through Milwaukee and wants to charge me 130$ for both tools. I essentially replied with no way in hell because these exact same tools are sitting on there own shelf for 100$ brand new. And I already already purchased my tools I was just trying to bring them in for repair, absolutely ridiculous."
