"Received care here for a minor surgical procedure. Everyone I encountered was friendly and efficient. Building is clean and well appointed. Procedure went well and the team that worked with me made me feel very cared for."
"I always have a great experience with the staff at MCH. They are always friendly and helpful. My gastroenterologist was a revelation and so supportive of me. My whole family goes to doctors in the MCH network. We love our inclusive and accepting family practice in Antrim. I appreciate the emails from MCH, they keep me informed."
"Had to go in the ER for a procedure a couple days ago i had the best doctor/nurse named lauren. she was the sweetest person and made me feel comfortable about everything. fixed me all up within 3 days!! best experience i have had there by far."
"I had to have an emergency surgery here in the spring. They took care of me well and the PA in the ER was so nice and really cared about fixing me and listening to me. The surgical team all came in on a Sunday night just for my surgery. It is a great place, treat them well!"
"This is the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. My doctor was 50 minutes late for my last 2 appointments. I can never get through to someone in the office so I have needed to leave messages on a voicemail that never get returned. I have had medications called into the pharmacy with incorrect dosages on the instruction label. That could have ended extremely badly for me. Fortunately I realized it right away. I’ve waited for a week and a half for one medication needing a prior authorization, and 3 WEEKS for another. I still do not have either medication and my pharmacy continues to reach out to the doctor office. At what point does someone intervene????"
